1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Jupitar Creative Agency, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services are subject to the following conditions:

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature
3. Services Description
Jupitar Creative Agency provides the following services:

- Digital Marketing Services
- Graphic Design Services
- AI Automation Solutions
- Live Chat Support Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. All intellectual property created as part of our services will be defined in individual project contracts.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project proposals
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your project agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client (such as delayed feedback or content provision) may result in timeline extensions. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new proposal and agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary information learned during the course of the project.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee specific results.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jupitar Creative Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be outlined in individual project agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
